Strategic Location
Located strategically at major agricultural procurement points in Thon Hieu Thien, Phuoc Ninh Commune, Thuan Nam District, Ninh Thuan Province, Tan Nam Chinh's factory and warehouse system spans over 40,000m2, comprising three international standard factories with an average area of over 7,000m2 each. Additionally, there are 17,000m2 of flexible space that can be utilized as container yards or warehouses, complemented by an international standard drainage system and a 12m-wide entrance and exit, suitable for heavy-duty vehicles weighing up to 40 tons.
I. OVERVIEW OF TAN NAM CHINH WAREHOUSE - NINH THUAN
A warehouse located in Hieu Thien, Thuan Nam District, Ninh Thuan with a total rental area of 40,000 m2.
A total of 40,000 square meters (285 m x 140 m) are divided into four areas:
The first area consists of three large factories
+ Factory A: Area 3,600m2 (75m x 45m)
+ Factory B: Area 1,600m2 (40m x 40m)
+ Factory C: Area 1,600m2 (40m x 40m)
- Area 2: Office for management staff to work and rest.
- Area 3: Dining area, garage, worker housing area 1,100m2
- Area 4: vacant land for warehouse area: 16,000m2 (115mx140m)

Tan Nam Chinh - Ninh Thuan Warehouse is located in a prime location in Ninh Thuan. It is surrounded by a comprehensive transportation system. The wide, arterial roads provide easy connections to other provinces, districts, and municipalities.
This facilitates smooth and simple trade between different regions, significantly saving travel time.

To fully meet the production and business needs as well as the transportation of goods for enterprises, we provide:
